What warranty do I get?
The Samsung manufacturer's warranty: 24 months on phones and appliances, serviced at Samsung service centres.
Can I return something?
Within 7 days, unused and in its box. Opened items can be returned if they are faulty. On‑request items can't be returned unless faulty.
